Welcome To The Sussex House Beach Retreat House! Located only 2 blocks from the award winning Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, this wonderful luxury beach retreat rental home is perfect for groups of any kind. With the ability to sleep up to 15 people, your family reunion, church group, friends' weekend away from spouses, small corporate affair or just about any group setting, The Sussex House is a wonderful, relaxing home away from home.

The house is OPEN YEAR ROUND, with weekly rentals in season (May thru September) and Fall, Winter & Spring packages available with a two night minimum stay. Linens not provided during Summer Season (May thru September), and at additional charge pre and post season.

The Sussex House features six bedrooms and five bathrooms, spacious living room, large dining room, fully-equipped modern kitchen, sun porch and yard with outdoor shower and gas Bar-B-Que. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. The Master Bedroom Suite has a large sitting area, refrigerator, large master bathroom with bathtub and also has a pull out full size sofa bed and a rollaway cot, allowing you to sleep up to 15 people easily. The Junior Master Bedroom has a sitting area, private bathroom and French door to your own private balcony. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a hallway bath and one has a French door to your own private balcony. The first floor has two bedrooms, both with private baths, along with your common areas. Each bedroom has individually controlled central AC/Heat and Cable TV and the entire house has central air conditioning.

The living room features Cable TV, large gathering area and door to a sun porch with dining tables and chairs. The large dining room has a table big enough to seat 10 people and commercial ice machine for beach coolers. The new kitchen has stone countertops, Cherry cabinets and stainless appliances, along with a large island with stools. The yard has a gas Bar-B-Que and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. The sun porch has dining tables and chairs for up to twelve people.
