The prices are per day and are exclusive of tax at 3.00 percent. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of $500 is due along with the final balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company. Pre and Post season our home rents for $500/night, with a two night minimum. Three night minimum on holidays. Weekly rates are available upon request.
